OK, so we're like getting coffeed out, believe it or not. We're in Washburn, WI, now. The first two pics posted here are of the Chequamegon Books. The second two are of North Coast Coffee. I'm sitting in the bookstore right now. My kidneys, actually, my bladder is happy we stopped here. So is the rest of me, since this is a really cool bookstore. Lots of good used books, I found a $40 copy of a Philip Levine book of poems I had been looking for, & a good selection of new books - & they're all mixed up. Fun to browse & buy. So far the WiFi in all the places we have stopped has been excellent - no trouble connecting, then using. Good for all of these places. We also found out from the owner of the Delta Diner that on May 1, 2006, he will have WiFi for the counter customers. Good for him, he, like the owners of the other places we have blogged from today, understand the community building aspect of WiFi access. NOTE: There is a coffee house in Ashland, WI, on U.S.2 that provides internets access via WiFi.

Very cool posts! You have done a great service for humanity. Now we know where to have lunch. No doubt there is a sainthood in this for Mr Creek the next time the pope is in town.
