& He Was The Best Maverick

It's good to see I'm not the only one who remembers, fondly, I might add, the wonderful Maverick TV series. He mostly talked his way out of trouble. McCain, who has been given a big time free pass by the main stream media appears, unfortunately, to be in a frame of mind that continually wants to be beaten & betrayed. Remember the Bush/Rove attacks in South Carolina? This is just one of many things that have happened to McCain. & he stills supports the stupidest President ever, at least in my lifetime, which, BTW, goes back to Truman. McCain should just shut up & go live on the Imus Ranch for Kids With Cancer. Those kids could teach McCain something about living & truth.

James Wolcott: There's only one Maverick, and his name is James Garner
