Good news on a cold & snowy March day in northern Wisco. Of the four counts he was convicted of, two are obstruction of justice & lying to the FBI. Tip of the old hat to The SideKick, AKA,. Shutterwi, who called me with the news. The public library is awash in happiness, no kidding & no shit.

Great! Now, IF there is any such thing as "equality under the law", his trial transcripts will be unavailable for the appeal process to proceed, (for 11 months and counting!) and he will be sent to the slammer at Yazoo City, Mississippi where Border Patrol Agent Ramos (http://www.wnd.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=54110)is incarcerated. And there will be no pardon forthcoming from BushCo. (Yeah, right) I say, get Ramos out of there and put Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Lewis "Scooter" Libby, Douglas Feith, Paul Wolfowitz, Richard Perle, Elliott Abrams, Zalmay Khalilzad, John Bolton, Philip Zelikow, and Attorney General Gonzales IN! And if the punishment fits the crimes, they should be in for about 7 consecutive life sentences.
