Housing

Since I'm involved, locally, with providing affordable housing for low & moderate income folks, I've always been concerned with the subprime market. The fears of the DFH I work/ed with, have apparently come true, but, of course, we are still wrong, even if we were right. That the Bu$hco ReThugs for you. & I'm sitting on the ceiling right now.
Existing home sales slumped again last month, and a large home builder reported its worst-ever quarterly earnings today as fallout from the subprime mortgage crisis continued to cause havoc in the housing sector.

My emphasis.

There are always snakes lurking in the grass to take your money. Buyer beware!! Anyone who got involved with a subprime loan should have their head examined.
