Alrighty Then

Inquiring minds (I think) want to know.
The scone is a British snack of Scottish origin. A small quickbread made of wheat, barley or oatmeal, usually with baking powder as a leavening agent. British scones are often lightly sweetened, but may also be savoury. In the U.S., scones are drier, larger and typically sweet.
These may or not be related the Alice B. Toklas brownies, man, that chocolate is, like, far out. Look, it's George Bu$hCo's face, no, it's rounder, I'm hungry & I need a nap. Bye-bye.
