So let me get this straight.
If you or I for example have one to many drinks and decided to get in our car and drive and we hit and kill someone that could be consider negligent homicide.
or
We are out hunting and discharge our weapon and kill someone which to can be considered negligent homicide.
why shouldn't this insurance company be charged for their negligence and the resulting death.
