#2 - A State Department employee, I use that title loosely, Colleen Graffy, a deputy assistant secretary of state for public diplomacy stated the following:
"Taking their own lives was not necessary but it certainly is a good PR move to draw attention," he(sic) said."
Now that's some public diplomacy. But what would one expect from a woman who works with this paragon of moroninity. We should all be ashamed.
