This is why regulation at all levels of government is so important. I'm not sure it would have saved the two scientists, but it might have. & this is another reason why I get so disgusted with the corporate mindset of profits before people.
"Last week the same agency filed two citations against Leonard, one was for loading trucks beyond the legal limit and the other for failing to assure that trucks with defective parts were taken out of service. According to the citations, all seven of the company's trucks were inspected and four had defects."
