Housing foreclosures on the rise. Here's an explanation. & here are some pics to help. Note that Wisco seems OK, at least up were I live. But a glance left shows a disturbing trend in MN, only 70 miles away. Profits before people, as usual in this country. The American dream = owning a home? I think not.
I'd like to know who the lender(s) are in NE MN. Any ideas from my loyal four readers? I notice a slight little bump into Wisco a bit east of Duluth & Minneapolis/St. Paul. Who's doing the mortgage lending up & over there?
