That should never have been news in the first place. I wonder why Mr. Foti didn't spend the state's money on suing the Bu$hCo administration for completely forgetting about NOLA? Where were his balls when the city needed them?
An Orleans Parish grand jury refused Tuesday to indict Anna Pou, the New Orleans physician who rode out Hurricane Katrina at Memorial Medical Center in 2005 only to be accused of murdering its patients.
