For someone taking a boatload of drugs, the only thing I feel about this is sadness. Sadness that a great university, like the Univeristy of Wisconsin-Madison, even with the right-wing ReThugs attempting to bleed it dry, would stoop so low as to accept this money in the first place. You know, a person attempts to build a solid, cheerful, & honest relationship with someone who's trying to keep him alive, hoping, against hope, I suppose, that she or he will not succumb to the drug-drenched CEU's as they are described in this piece. The word alas needs a comeback.
