J.B. Van Hollen's Ethical Lapse

This is no surprise to anyone from the northern part of Wisco. Van Hollen, being a ReThug, is an ethical lapse.

Jay Heck, executive director of Common Cause in Wisconsin, said the meeting gives the perception of a cozy relationship between the two -- when they are on opposite sides of the open records case.
