Now, I don't want to rain on the taxpayer's parade here, but I wonder what they are going to rush out & buy with their buck? Imagine all those single bucks added up? Education? Rehabilitation? Bridges? Driver's Ed? Yeah, I'm going to hop in my truck, drive sixteen miles & buy a cup of coffee at the Black Cat with my buck. Thanks Wisconsin Republican Legislature, for proving once again just how stupid & short-sighted you are.
