Someone Was A Bit Late

& in more ways than one.

The project supervision and assessment general manager of the European Union-sponsored Health for Healthy Society, Augustus Tiamberg from the Philippines, was shocked to meet a man with four wives and 42 children in the village of Tabanlı in Muş province on Monday, asking those around him to leave him alone for a minute to catch his breath.

Tiamberg told the Doğan News Agency: "This is a historic day. I cannot believe what I saw and heard. I am in shock. I need a minute by myself."

The project is briefing the region's people on family planning. The people are warned against inter-family marriages and having as many children as they can feed.
