Back, when I was young, I believed this would be in effect when I reached 55, since I lived in a progressive, kind country. Well, I'm five years past 55 & I feel a bit embarrassed that I ever had that thought. This is the right idea, of course, & the ReThugs will scream socialism or something, since they just don't want one thing that actually makes the country better.
