OK, Impeach The Criminal Jay Bybee

Jay Bybee authored the first of the now well-known torture memos that President Obama recently released. To reward this s.o.b. Bu$hCo/Dick "Dick" Cheney named Bybee a judge, a judge with a lifetime appointment. It's time for some accountability, I know, I know, it does seem pointless, but what the hell? Go here to sign a petition to remove him from his lifetime wingnut welfare position. It will be a small victory, but a victory nonetheless. Thanks loyal four readers, thanks.

It seems pointless to get all bent out of shape by the torture memos. We all knew Bu$hCo & Dick "Dick" Cheney were doing it, sorry about that image. I don't know, but it seems that the Democratic Party is the ultimate protector of ReThuglican criminals. I guess it is all pointless.

One more reason why I'm another hunter for strict gun control. It's really too bad that the right-wing has managed to put fear into people's heart regarding gun control. What a waste.

John Phillip Hernandez, a 24-year-old unemployed machinist who lived with his parents, walked into a giant sporting goods store here in July 2006, and plunked $2,600 in cash on a glass display counter. A few minutes later, Mr. Hernandez walked out with three military-style rifles.

One of those rifles was recovered seven months later in Acapulco, Mexico, where it had been used by drug cartel gunmen to attack the offices of the Guerrero State attorney general, court documents say. Four police officers and three secretaries were killed.

My friend, Al Franken, was declared the winner of Minnesota's Senate race.  Yes, Coleman truly put the ass in asshat.

The judges swept away Coleman’s argument that the election and its aftermath were fraught with systemic errors that made the results invalid.

“The overwhelming weight of the evidence indicates that the Nov. 4, 2008, election was conducted fairly, impartially and accurately,” the panel said in its unanimous decision.
